Whilst SNL fully understands that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary and the need to cancel an appointment can be unavoidable, 72 hrs. notice is required to cancel or re-schedule an appointment.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot.
All clients will receive a courtesy text message 24 hrs. prior to your appointment.
If you cancel within 24 hrs. a cancellation fee of 100% of the total treatment cost will apply.
This will either be added to your next booked appointment, or you will be asked to send payment via bank transfer.

Please try to arrive on time if not 5-10 min earlier than your booked time. If a client arrives 15 minutes later than their appointment, the appointment may have to be rebooked and 50% of your treatment will be charged
If you wish you book further appointments after your first appointment a non refundable
£20 Rolling Cash Booking Fee will be required. This Rolling Booking Fee will be carried across all booked appointments and be lost if you miss or cancel an appointment outside the time frame notice. This will need to be paid again before any further appointments can be made.
- All Booking Fees are non-refundable.
A £10 non-refundable Booking Fee is required at the time of booking your Christmas appointment (CASH ONLY), This will then be deducted from the balance of your Christmas appointment.
(The Christmas Booking Fee is just to secure your appointment! If you do cancel your Christmas appointment you will be charged a £10 cancellation Fee) Once your appointment is book unfortunately this cannot be changed.
Any repairs needed within 48 hrs of having your treatment (up to 2 nails) will be covered. Any repairs needed after 48 hrs will be chargeable. If aftercare is followed.
SNL refuses to infill or remove another nail technician’s work.
Product from another salon/technician will have to be remove completely before a new treatment can take place
All new appointments require a £15 Non-Refundable Booking Fee. Payable via bank transfer. This is taken off your total balance and the remaining balance is due on the day of the Appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling Appointments within 72 hours will unfortunately mean you will need to rebook your appointment and pay the Booking Fee again. If 48hours or more notice is given, you may reschedule without losing your Booking Fee.
All payments at the time of your appointment will be due in CASH, unfortunately card payments are not accepted
Unfortunately SNL will not treat anyone under the age of 16.
Due to working from home and the space available to me unfortunately SNL am unable to accommodate children at your appointment.
If someone needs to accompany you to your appointment please inform SNL prior to make sure I can accommodate
